摘要
建立了烟用香精中16种多环芳烃含量的超高效液相色谱-紫外检测分析方法。样品采用正己烷超声提取,基质分散固相萃取净化后,使用可变波长检测器在220 nm和240 nm处双波长检测。16种多环芳烃的线性范围介于0.002~10μg/mL,3个水平加标平均回收率在84.1%~114%之间,相对标准偏差为1.2%~5.7%,定量限为0.3~2μg/kg。该方法灵敏、准确,适用于烟用香精中16种多环芳烃的含量分析。
A method was developed for determination of 16 polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons(PAHs) residues including naphthalene,acenaphthylene,acenaphthene,fluorine,phenanthrene,anthracene,fluoranthene,pyrene,benzo[a]anthracene,chrysene,benzo[b]fluoranthene,benzo[k]fluoranthene,benzo[a]pyrene,dibenz[a,h]anthracene,benzo[ghi]perylene and indeno[1,2,3-cd]pyrene in flavor by ultra-high performance liquid chromatography.The sample was extracted by ultrasonic with hexane,cleaned by dispersive solid phase extraction,and detected at 220 nm and 240 nm by variable wavelength detector.The results showed that average recoveries of 16 PAHs were in the range of 84.1%-114% with relative standard deviations of 1.2%-5.7%.The linear ranges of 16 PAHs were 0.002-10 μg/mL,and the limits of quantitation were 0.3-2 μg/kg.The method is sensitive and suitable for the analysis of 16 PAHs residues in flavor.
