危险废物综合利用项目环境影响评价编制要点分析

Key Points of Environmental Impact Assessment for Hazardous Waste Comprehensive Utilization Project

近年来,危险废物呈现出产量大、种类多等特点,危废综合利用作为现行危险废物处置技术之一,具有良好的经济、环保效益,但同时对其项目的环境影响评价提出了新的更高要求。本文根据危险废物综合利用项目的特点,对照当前环保管理要求和技术规范,分析了该类项目环评的编制重点,以期为同类型环境影响评价工作提供参考和依据。

In recent years,hazardous waste has been characterized by large output and variety.As one of the current disposal technologies,the comprehensive utilization of hazardous waste has a feasible economic and environmental benefit.However,new and higher requirements are put forward for the EIA of the project.According to characteristics of hazardous wastes comprehensive utilization projects,comparing with national policies,laws and technical norm,this paper analyzes the key points that should be focused on during the process of EIA.It is evaluated to provide theoretical basis and reference for EIA of same type.
