都匀市城乡建设用地时空变化特征分析

Analysis of Temporal and Spatial variation Characteristics of Urban and Rural Construction Land in Duyun City

目前,县域小城镇城镇化进程不断加快,显著表现为城乡建设用地不断扩张。本文以GIS为手段,分析了都匀市2009-2017年土地变更调查数据。结果表明,都匀市城乡建设用地在9年间增长较快,但在全市土地面积中仍然占比较低;都匀市城乡用地结构以村庄用地为主,但建制镇用地在研究区间增长最快,结合信息熵、优势度分析得出都匀市城乡建设用地结构整体利用合理;都匀城乡建设用地空间布局上呈现出一中心、两副翼和四周点状分布的特征。

At present,the urbanization process of small towns in county areas is accelerating,which is evident in the continuous expansion of urban and rural construction land.By means of GIS,this paper analyzed the land change survey data of Duyun City from 2009 to 2017.The analysis shows that:the urban and rural construction land in Duyun has increased rapidly in the past nine years,but still accounts for a relatively low proportion of the whole city's land area;the urban and rural land structure in Duyun is dominated by village land,but the urban and rural construction land in the study area has the fastest growth,combined with information entropy and dominance analysis,the urban and rural construction land in Duyun City is obtained;the spatial distribution of urban and rural construction land in Duyun shows the characteristics of center,two ailerons and point distribution around it.
