摘要
本研究首先梳理了国家层面对交通行业能耗和碳排放实行强制性统计的分类指标,然后梳理了交通行业重点用能单位的分类指标,之后结合基于层次分析法的模糊综合评价模型计算,建立了青海省交通运输节能“双控”考核评价指标体系。其间研究了指标体系中分类考核指标的权重占比和影响排序,结果可为青海省交通运输节能减排统计工作的开展提供借鉴。
This study first sorts out the classification indicators of the national level to implement mandatory statistics on energy consumption and carbon emissions in the transportation industry,and then sorts out the classification indicators of key energy-using units in the transportation industry.Then combined with the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model based on the Analytic Hierarchy Process(AHP),the“double control”assessment index system for transportation and energy conservation in Qinghai Province was established.In the meantime,the weight ratio and impact order of the classification assessment indicators in the indicator system were studied.The results can provide reference for the development of transportation energy conservation and emission reduction statistics in Qinghai Province.
