台州市长潭水库饮用水水源地环境状况分析与保护对策研究

Environmental Condition Analysis and Protection Countermeasures of Drinking Water Sources in Changtan Reservoir of Taizhou City

长潭水库作为台州市唯一的地级以上集中式饮用水水源地,本文以《集中式饮用水水源地环境保护状况评估技术规范》(HJ774—2015)为依据,对长潭水库2017年环境状况进行评估。结果表明,长潭水库2017年度取水保证状况、达标状况、管理状况等三大项评估指标的单项评估均属于优秀,综合评估得分为99.42分,其属于优秀水源。针对评估结论,本文提出了相应的保护对策,为台州市长潭水库饮用水水源地保护和环境管理工作提供指导意见。

Changtan Reservoir is the only centralized drinking water source in Taizhou City.Based on the Technical Specification for Environmental Protection Assessment of Centralized Drinking Water Sources(HJ 774-2015),this paper evaluates the environmental conditions of Changtan Reservoir in 2017.The results show that the single assessment of the three assessment indicators of the 2017 annual water intake guarantee status,compliance status and management status of Changtan Reservoir is excellent,and the comprehensive evaluation score is 99.42 points,which is an excellent water source.According to the evaluation conclusions,this paper puts forward corresponding protection countermeasures to provide guidance for the protection and environmental management of drinking water sources in Changtan Reservoir of Taizhou City.
