摘要
2018年,我国组织开展了第二次全国污染源普查工作,十堰市积极响应。笔者有幸参与了此次普查工作,在对企业进行入户调查的过程中,针对负责区域内企业的各类污染物产生、处置与排放情况,进行了资料梳理、现场勘查询问和申报数据核查等。本文通过对十堰市第二次污染源普查工作经验的回顾,总结了企业危险废物管理过程中存在的共性问题,分析了具体原因,最后提出了较为详细的危险废物管理策略。
In 2018,China organized the second national census of pollution sources,and Shiyan City responded positively.The author was fortunate enough to participate in the census.In the process of conducting household surveys on enterprises,data collection,on-site survey and inspection and declaration data verification were carried out for the generation,disposal and discharge of various pollutants in the enterprises in charge of the region.Based on the review of the second survey of pollution sources in Shiyan City,this paper summarized the common problems in the process of enterprise hazardous waste management,analyzed the specific reasons,and finally put forward a more detailed hazardous waste management strategy.
