On the Formation of Endogenous Mechanism of Ideological and Political Education

摘要 思想政治教育内生机制并不能自动形成,它是个体自身和外在环境交互作用的结果,建构思想政治教育内生机制应该立足于个体的全部生活空间,从个体自身和外在环境两个纬度来共同进行;在建构个体思想政治教育内生机制的过程中,要特别重视个体的人生价值观及由人生价值观所决定的理想信念的作用,要使这一方面成为内外教育交互作用的着力点;建构思想政治教育内生机制,还要加强思想政治教育权威生成机制的研究、促进思想政治教育激励机制的建设、探索思想政治教育的内化机制等。 The endogenous mechanism of Ideological and political education can not be formed automatically. It is the result of the interaction between the individual and the external environment. The construction of the endogenous mechanism of Ideological and political education should be based on the overall living space of the individual and be carried out jointly from the two latitudes of the individual itself and the external environment;and the construction of the individual ideological and political education. In the process of endogenous mechanism, we should pay special attention to the role of individual life values and ideals and beliefs determined by life values, so as to make this aspect the focus of interaction between internal and external education;to construct the endogenous mechanism of Ideological and political education, we should also strengthen the research on the generating mechanism of authority of ideological and political education and promote thought. The construction of political education incentive mechanism and the exploration of the internalization mechanism of Ideological and political education.
