摘要
党的十八大以来,在深化教育体制改革的过程中,师德建设越来越被摆在突出重要的地位。师德评价体系是师德建设的重要抓手和途径,相较以往教师职业道德评价体系,师德评价体系还缺乏深入的研究和实践探索,师德评价设计在规范化、标准化、系统化等方面还有较大的提升和完善空间,积极探索城市型、应用型大学师德评价体系是一项富有建设性的工作。
Since the 18 th National Congress of the CPC, the construction of teachers’ ethics has been placed in an increasingly important position in the process of deepening the reform of educational system. The evaluation system of teachers’ ethics is an important grasp and approach to the construction of teachers’ ethics. Compared with the previous evaluation system of teachers’ professional ethics, the evaluation system of teachers’ ethics still lacks in-depth research and practical exploration. There is still room for improvement and upgrading in the evaluation design of teachers’ ethics in terms of normalization, standardization and systemization. It is a constructive work to actively explore the evaluation system of teachers’ morality in urban and applied universities.
