社区健康护理对2型糖尿病患者生活质量和治疗依从性的影响

Effect of Community Health Care on Quality of Life and Treatment Compliance in Patients with Type 2 Diabetes Mellitus

目的探讨社区健康护理在2型糖尿病患者护理中的应用效果。方法回顾性分析社区内100例2型糖尿病患者的临床资料,根据不同护理方法将患者分为观察组和对照组,每组50例。对照组实施社区常规护理,观察组实施社区健康护理干预,干预后3个月评价2组护理效果。结果观察组干预后3个月空腹血糖、餐后2h血糖值均低于对照组(均P<0.01);观察组干预后依从率为90.00%(45/50),生活质量评分为(80.6±7.2)分,均高于对照组的78.00%(39/50)和(71.5±9.3)分(P<0.05,P<0.01)。结论社区健康护理可有效控制2型糖尿病患者的血糖并提升患者的治疗依从性和生活质量。

Objective To explore the efficacy of community health care in patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus (T2DM). Methods Clinical data of 100 community patients with T2DM were retrospectively analyzed.These patients were assigned to receive either routine nursing (control group, n=50) or community health nursing intervention (observation group, n=50).The effect of nursing care was evaluated after intervention for 3 months. Results After 3 months of intervention,the levels of fasting blood glucose and 2-hour postprandial blood glucose in observation group were lower than those in control group ( P<0.01).The compliance rate and quality of life score in observation group (90.00%(45/50) and 80.6±7.2,respectively) were higher than those in control group (78.00%(39/50) and 71.5±9.3,respectively)( P<0.05 and P<0.01,respectively). Conclusion Community health care can effectively control blood glucose levels and improve treatment compliance and quality of life in patients with T2DM.
