共青团工作深化社会化改革的路径探索

Exploring the Way of Deepening the Socialization Reform of the Communist Youth League in Higher Vocational Colleges

基于“团企合作”也是高职共青团组织自身改革发展的重要形式,探讨了高职共青团在校企合作的框架下,以促进学生成长和就业为导向,通过第二课堂与企业开展协同育人的社会化实践活动。高职共青团第二课堂活动需要整合社会企业资源来实现人才培养的衔接、评估和增效,并在此过程中促进高职共青团工作本身的社会化改革的不断深化。

Based on the fact that “league-enterprise cooperation” is also an important form of the reform and development of the Communist Youth League in higher vocational colleges, this paper probes into the socialized practice of cooperative education between the league and enterprises in the framework of school-enterprise cooperation in order to promote the growth and employment of students. The second classroom of the Communist Youth League in higher vocational colleges need to integrate the resources of social enterprises to achieve the convergence, evaluation and efficiency of personnel training, and in the process to promote the continuous deepening of the socialization reform of the Communist Youth League in Higher Vocational colleges.
