高校教师党支部书记“双带头人”培育工程的实施与路径分析

Implementation and Path Analysis of “Double Leaders” Training Project for Party Branch Secretary of Teachers in Colleges

从高职院校实施教师党支部书记“双带头人”培育工程实际出发,运用了问卷调查、个别谈话、比较分析的方法,针对当前存在的问题,指出高校应该从党支部设置、党支部书记的选拔及激励、业务和党建融合等方面为实施教师党支部书记“双带头人”工程提供组织保障。

Based on the reality of “double leaders” for Party branch secretaries of teachers in Higher Vocational colleges, this paper uses the methods of questionnaires, individual conversations and comparative analysis, and points out the existing problems. It is concluded that colleges and universities should provide organizational guarantee for the implementation of the project of “double leaders” of Party branch secretary of teachers from the aspects of Party branch establishment, Party branch secretary selection and incentive, integration of business and Party construction.
