摘要
作为学生群体中的“关键少数”,高职院校学生干部的素质能力尤其是工作动力状况一定程度上影响着高职院校办学治校的能力和水平。当前,高职院校在加强学生干部动力机制构建方面进行了一些探索,但还存在思想政治教育、人文关心关怀和管理约束落实不到位的问题。研究显示,只有加强思想教育、丰富活动形式、强化保障措施和健全管理制度,才能构建起高职院校学生干部动力的长效机制。
As a “key minority” of students, the quality and ability of student cadres in Vocational Colleges, especially the working motivation,affect the ability and level of vocational colleges. At present, there are still some problems in the implementation of ideological and political education, humanistic care and management constraints, although some explorations in strengthening the construction of student cadres motivation mechanism have been made in vocational colleges. Therefore,only by strengthening ideological education, enriching forms of activities, strengthening safeguards and improving management system, can we build a long-term mechanism of motivation for student cadres.
