中国男子篮球联赛职业化进程探析

为了落实“十三五”时期振兴三大球的发展规划,中国男子篮球职业联赛积极推动改革与发展,本文采用文献资料法,对中国男子篮球联赛20多年的发展进行梳理,对中国男子篮球职业联赛的改革进行研究分析。结果表明,中国男子篮球职业联赛在后备人才培养、球员转会、文化建设、裁判职业化上还有诸多问题。基于此,建议联赛各队拓宽人才培养渠道;完善转会制度;建设具有中国特色的联赛文化;推动裁判职业化进程。

In order to implement the development plan for the revitalization of the three major goals during the 13th Five-Year Plan period, the Chinese Basketball Association actively promoted reform and development. This paper uses the literature method to sort out the development of the Chinese Basketball Association for more than 20 years, and analyzes the reform of the Chinese Basketball Association. The results show that there are still many problems in the Chinese Basketball Association in the reserve talent training, player transfer, cultural construction, and referee professionalization. Based on this suggestion, each team in the league broadens the talent training channels, perfects the transfer system, builds a league culture with Chinese characteristics, and promotes the professionalization of referees.
