摘要
在“以学为中心”的教育理念下,本科教学质量评价强调学生的主体地位,注重学生的学习参与和过程体验,促进学生的持续发展。在大学生学习性投入量表的基础上,结合应用型本科大学生学习现状的质性访谈和调查研究结果认为,从课程学习、生师互动、工程实践和校园环境支持度四个方面分析学生在教学过程中的参与和体验,进而和学生工程应用能力的素质指标相结合,可用来评价应用型本科教学质量。南京工程学院坚持以学为中心,强调学生的主体地位和学习体验,注重毕业生培养质量,其本科教学质量获得了社会的认可。
Under the concept of "learning-centered" education, the evaluation of undergraduate teaching quality emphasizes students’ principal position,students’ learning participation and process experience, promoting students’ sustainable development. On the basis of the scale of undergraduate students’ learning engagement and the qualitative interviews and survey results of Applied Undergraduate students’ current learning situation, it is concluded that students’ participation and experience in the teaching process are analyzed from four aspects: curriculum learning, student-teacher interaction, engineering practice and campus environment support, and then combined with the quality indicators of students’ engineering application ability, which can be used to evaluate the quality of applied undergraduate teaching. Nanjing Institute of Engineering insists on learning as the center, emphasizes students’ subjective status and learning experience, and pays attention to the quality of graduate training. Its undergraduate teaching quality has been recognized by the society.
