二氧化碳冷冻联合冷刀内切开治疗单纯性尿道狭窄的临床效果

Clinical effect of cryotherapy of carbon dioxide combined with cold knife internal urethrotomy in the treatment of simple urethral stricture

目的探讨二氧化碳冷冻联合冷刀内切开治疗单纯性尿道狭窄的临床效果。方法 2014年11月至2016年11月对21例单纯性尿道狭窄患者进行二氧化碳冷冻联合冷刀内切开手术治疗,观察治疗效果。结果所有患者均成功完成手术,拔除尿管后均能自主排尿。随访6~24个月,13例随访期内未见狭窄复发,治疗成功率为61.9%,最大尿流率为(19.6±3.2)mL/s。结论二氧化碳冷冻联合冷刀内切开治疗单纯性尿道狭窄的成功率较高,具有创伤小、操作方便和并发症少等优点,值得临床应用推广。

Objective To explore the clinical effect of cryotherapy of carbon dioxide combined with cold knife internal urethrotomy in the treatment of simple urethral stricture. Methods From November 2014 to November 2016, 21 patients with simple urethral stricture were treated by cryotherapy of carbon dioxide combined with cold knife internal urethrotomy, and the therapeutic effect was observed. Results All patients successfully completed the operation and were able to urinate autonomously after the removal of the urethral catheter. Follow-up of 6-24 months, no recurrence of stricture was found in 13 cases, the success rate of treatment was 61.9%, and the maximum urinary flow rate was (19.6±3.2) mL/s. Conclusion Cryotherapy of carbon dioxide combined with cold knife internal urethrotomy in the treatment of simple urethral stricture has a higher success rate, with less trauma, easy operation and fewer complications. It is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
