呋塞米联合硝普钠、多巴胺治疗顽固性心衰的临床效果

Clinical effect of furosemide combined with sodium nitroprusside and dopamine in the treatment of refractory heart failure

目的探讨呋塞米联合硝普钠、多巴胺治疗顽固性心衰(RHF)的临床效果。方法选取我院收治的98例RHF患者作为研究对象,根据患者就诊奇、偶数将其分为对照组(49例,常规治疗+硝普钠+多巴胺)和观察组(49例,常规治疗+硝普钠+多巴胺+呋塞米)。比较两组患者的临床效果。结果治疗后,观察组患者的BNP水平明显低于对照组,24 h尿量明显高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组患者的左室舒张末内径(LVEDD)、左室射血分数(LVEF)、每搏输出量(SV)及6 min步行距离均优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论呋塞米联合硝普钠、多巴胺治疗顽固性心衰的临床效果显著,可有效改善患者心功能。

Objective To explore the clinical effect of furosemide combined with sodium nitroprusside and dopamine in the treatment of refractory heart failure (RHF). Methods A total of 98 patients with RHF admitted in our hospital were selected as the research objects and divided into control group (49 cases, routine treatment + sodium nitroprusside + dopamine) and observation group (49 cases, routine treatment + sodium nitroprusside + dopamine + furosemide) according to odd and even number of visits. The clinical effects of the two groups were compared. Results After treatment, the level of BNP in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group, and the 24-hour urine volume in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group (P<0.05);the end-diastolic diameter of left ventricle (LVEDD), left ventricular ejection fraction (LVEF), stroke volume (SV) and 6-minute walking distance in the observation group were better than those in the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion Furosemide combined with sodium nitroprusside and dopamine in the treatment of refractory heart failure has a significant clinical effect. It can effectively improve the heart function of patients.
