吸入激素联合噻托溴铵治疗哮喘-慢阻肺重叠综合征的临床效果

Clinical effect of inhalation hormone combined with tiotropium bromide in the treatment of asthma-chronic obstructive pulmonary overlap syndrome

目的探讨吸入激素联合噻托溴铵治疗哮喘-慢阻肺重叠综合征的临床效果。方法将我院收治的72例哮喘-慢阻肺重叠综合征患者根据治疗方案不同分为对照组与研究组,各36例。对照组给予单纯吸入激素治疗,研究组给予吸入激素联合噻托溴铵治疗。比较两组患者的治疗效果。结果治疗后,两组患者的CD4^+/CD8^+与ACT评分均高于治疗前,且研究组均高于对照组(P<0.05)。两组不良反应总发生率比较,差异不具有统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论吸入激素联合噻托溴铵治疗哮喘-慢阻肺重叠综合征的临床效果肯定,可有效控制哮喘症状,提高免疫功能。

Objective To investigate the clinical effect of inhalation hormone combined with tiotropium bromide in the treatment of asthma-chronic obstructive pulmonary overlap syndrome. Methods A total of 72 patients with asthma-chronic obstructive pulmonary overlap syndrome in our hospital were divided into control group and study group according to different treatment schemes, with 36 cases in each group. The control group was treated with inhalation hormone alone, while the study group was treated with inhalation hormone combined with tiotropium bromide. The therapeutic effects of the two groups were compared. Results After treatment, the CD4^+/CD8^+ and the score of ACT in the two groups were higher than those before treatment, and those in the study group were higher than the control group (P<0.05). There was no significant difference in the total incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups (P>0.05). Conclusion The clinical effect of inhalation hormone combined with tiotropium bromide in the treatment of asthma-chronic obstructive pulmonary overlap syndrome is affirmative, which can effectively control asthma symptoms and improve immune function.
