软通道穿刺引流术治疗高血压性脑出血的临床效果

Clinical effect of soft-channel puncture and drainage on hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage

目的观察软通道穿刺引流术治疗高血压性脑出血(HCH)的临床效果。方法回顾性分析2017年10月至2018年12月在我院接受手术治疗的87例HCH患者的临床资料,将患者按不同治疗方法分为对照组(41例,实施开颅血肿清除术)与研究组(46例,实施软通道穿刺引流术)。比较两组患者的治疗效果。结果研究组患者的救治成功率略高于对照组,但差异不显著(P>0.05);术后1周,两组患者的CNDS评分均显著降低,且研究组低于对照组(P<0.05);研究组患者的并发症总发生率显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论软通道穿刺引流术治疗HCH患者的效果理想,可有效清除血肿,减少多种并发症,值得推广。

Objective To observe the clinical effect of soft-channel puncture and drainage on hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage (HCH). Methods The clinical data of 87 patients with HCH who underwent surgical treatment in our hospital from October 2017 to December 2018 were retrospectively analyzed. The patients were divided into control group (41 cases, underwent craniotomy hematoma clearance) and study group (46 cases, underwent soft-channel puncture and drainage) according to the different treatment methods. The treatment effects of the two groups were compared. Results The success rate of treatment in the study group was slightly higher than that in the control group, but the difference was not significant(P>0.05). At one week after operation, the CNDS scores of both groups significantly decreased, and that in the study group was lower than the control group (P<0.05). The total incidence of complications in the study group was significantly lower than that in the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion Soft-channel puncture and drainage in the treatment of HCH patients is effective. It can effectively remove hematoma and reduce many complications, which is worth popularizing.
