祛瘀生新针法结合刺络药物罐疗法治疗中风后痉挛性瘫痪的临床效果

Clinical effect of eliminating blood stasis and promoting tissue regeneration acupuncture combined with phlebotomy and medicinal cupping therapy on spastic paralysis after apoplexy

目的观察祛瘀生新针法结合刺络药物罐疗法治疗中风后痉挛性瘫痪的临床效果。方法将60例中风后痉挛性瘫痪患者随机分为治疗组(30例,祛瘀生新针法结合刺络药物罐疗法)和对照组(30例,祛瘀生新针法)。比较两组的临床效果。结果治疗后,治疗组肢体痉挛程度及NDS评分均优于对照组(P<0.05);治疗后,治疗组的显效率高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论祛瘀生新针法结合刺络药物罐疗法改善中风后痉挛性瘫痪患者的肢体痉挛程度及神经功能缺损程度均优于祛瘀生新针法,能显著提高临床疗效。

Objective To observe the clinical effect of eliminating blood stasis and promoting tissue regeneration acupuncture combined with phlebotomy and medicinal cupping therapy on spastic paralysis after apoplexy. Methods Sixty patients with spastic paralysis after apoplexy were randomly divided into treatment group (30 cases, eliminating blood stasis and promoting tissue regeneration acupuncture combined with phlebotomy and medicinal cupping therapy) and control group (30 cases, eliminating blood stasis and promoting tissue regeneration acupuncture). The clinical effects were compared between the two groups. Results After treatment, the degree of limb sputum and the score of NDS in the treatment group were better than those in the control group (P<0.05). After treatment, the marked effective rate of the treatment group was higher than that of the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion Eliminating blood stasis and promoting tissue regeneration acupuncture combined with phlebotomy and medicinal cupping therapy can improve the degree of limb spasm and neurologic deficit in patients with spastic paralysis after apoplexy, it is better than the eliminating blood stasis and promoting tissue regeneration acupuncture, which can significantly improve the clinical efficacy.
