经筋刺法对脑卒中偏瘫患者神经运动功能及神经功能缺损程度的影响 被引量:7

Influences of musculature puncture on neuromotor function and degree of neurological deficit in patients with hemiplegia after stroke

摘要 目的探讨经筋刺法对脑卒中偏瘫患者神经运动功能及神经功能缺损程度的影响。方法选择我院收治的180例脑卒中后上肢或下肢出现偏瘫患者(Brunnstrom分级2~5级)为研究对象,采用随机数表法将其分为A、B、C组,每组60例。在脑卒中对症治疗基础上,A组采用经筋刺法治疗,B组采用温针灸法治疗,C组采用传统针刺法治疗。比较三组的治疗效果。结果治疗后,三组患者的MAS评分均显著提高,且A组明显高于B组和C组(P<0.05);治疗后,三组患者的MRMI、MRC、SFS、Barthel指数评分均明显提高,且A组SFS、Barthel指数评分明显高于B组,A组MRMI、MRC、SFS、Barthel指数评分高于C组(P<0.05);治疗后,三组NIHSS评分均明显降低,且A组低于B组和C组,B组低于C组(P<0.05)。结论采用经筋刺法治疗脑卒中偏瘫,可更为有效地改善患者的神经功能缺损水平,并能促进患者神经、运动功能的康复,值得临床应用。 Objective To observe the influences of musculature puncture on neuromotor function and degree of neurological deficit in patients with hemiplegia after stroke. Methods A total of 180 patients with hemiplegia in upper limbs or lower limbs after stroke (Brunnstrom grade 2-5) were selected as the study objects. The patients were divided into group A, B and C by random number table method, with 60 cases in each group. On the basis of symptomatic treatment of stroke, the group A was treated by musculature puncture, the group B was treated by warm needle method, and the group C was treated by traditional acupuncture. The therapeutic effects of the three groups were compared. Results After treatment, MAS score in the three groups improved significantly, and that in the group A was significantly higher than the group B and group C (P<0.05). After treatment, the scores of MRMI, MRC, SFS and Barthel index in the three groups improved significantly, the scores of SFS and Barthel index in the group A were significantly higher than those in the group B, and the scores of MRMI, MRC, SFS and Barthel index in the group A were higher than those in the group C (P<0.05). After treatment, the NIHSS score in the three groups decreased significantly, that in the group A was lower than the group B and group C, and that in the group B was lower than the group C (P<0.05). Conclusion The treatment of hemiplegia after stroke by musculature puncture can improve the level of neurological deficit more effectively, and promote the rehabilitation of neurological and motor functions of patients, which is worthy of clinical application.
