Effect of ABC classification method on the quality of pharmacy management

目的探究ABC分类法对药库管理质量的影响。方法将2017年1月至2018年1月我院药库药品的实际销售数据及入库数据设为对照组,2018年2月至2019年2月我院药库药品的实际销售数据及入库数据设为观察组。对照组采用排序分析法进行药库管理,观察组采用ABC分类法进行药物管理。比较两组库存管理指标、库存周转天数及药库管理质量评分。结果观察组的药品缺货率及药品滞销率低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组药品的库存周转天数短于对照组(P<0.05);观察组药库卫生、药库设备、药品管理、药库环境管理质量评分及总分均高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论 ABC分类法在药库管理中应用效果显著,能有效降低药品缺货率和药品滞销率,提高库存管理效率,改善药库管理质量,满足药库实际需求。

Objective To explore the effect of ABC classification method on the quality of pharmacy management. Methods From January 2017 to January 2018, the actual sales data and warehousing data of the pharmacy store drugs in our hospital were set as control group. From February 2018 to February 2019, the actual sales data and warehousing data of the pharmacy store drugs in our hospital were set as observation group. The control group was performed pharmacy management by sorting analysis method, while the observation group was performed pharmacy management by ABC classification method. Inventory management indicators, inventory turnover days and quality scores of drugstores management were compared between the two groups. Results The drug shortage rate and drug unsalable rate in the observation group were lower than those in the control group (P<0.05);the inventory turnover days in the observation group was shorter than that in the control group (P<0.05);the quality scores of pharmacy hygiene, pharmacy equipment, drug management, pharmacy environmental management and total scores in the observation group were higher than those in the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion The ABC classification method has a significant effect in pharmacy management, it can effectively reduce the drug shortage rate and drug unsalable rate, improve inventory management efficiency and the quality of pharmacy management, and meet the actual needs of drugstores.
