医学留学生肾脏内科临床见习教学探讨

Discussion on clinical internship teaching of nephrology for international students

随着我国经济实力、国家影响力的不断提升,医学教育事业随之飞速发展,来华接受医学教育的留学生与日俱增,因此,做好留学生的培养工作,是我国医学教育工作者的重要任务。本文通过对西安交通大学第一附属医院医学留学生在肾脏内科的实习情况进行分析,总结特色临床带教经验,旨在提高留学生的临床带教质量、增加其临床实践能力,为培养合格的医学生乃至合格的医学工作者奠定坚实的基础,同时为其他医学院校的留学生临床教学提供带教经验,达到共同提高的目的。

With the continuous improvement of Chinese economic strength and national influence, medical education has been developing rapidly, and the number of foreign students coming to China for medical education is increasing day by day. Accordingy, it is an important task for medical educators in China to do a good job in training foreign students. This paper analyzes the internship of medical students in department of nephrology in the first affiliated hospital of Xi'an Jiaotong university, and summarizes the experience of characteristic clinical teaching, aiming at improving the quality of clinical teaching of foreign students, increasing their clinical practice ability, and laying a solid foundation for training qualified medical students and even qualified medical workers. At the same time, this article aims to provide teaching experience for the clinical teaching of foreign students in other medical colleges and universities, so as to achieve the goal of common improvement.
