环状RNA与心血管疾病的研究进展

摘要 环状RNA(circRNA)是一种通过多个外显子或内含子剪接产生的内源性非编码RNA,在不同的物种中大多数的circRNA是稳定的和保守的。研究表明,circRNA可以作为miRNA的海绵、结合蛋白质、作为转录调节因子及编码蛋白发挥作用,在细胞增殖、细胞凋亡和衰老等生物过程中扮演着重要的角色。最近的研究表明,circRNA在动脉粥样硬化、心肌梗死、心肌纤维化、心房颤动等心血管疾病中发挥重要作用。本文旨在对circRNA在心血管某些疾病方面的研究进展进行综述,为心血管疾病的诊断和治疗提供新思路和新靶点。 Circular RNA (circRNA) is an endogenous non-coding RNA produced by splicing multiple exons or introns. In most species, circRNA is stable and conserved. Studies have shown that circRNAs can act as sponges for miRNAs, bind proteins, act as transcriptional regulators, and even translate into proteins. circRNAs play important roles in many biological processes, such as cell proliferation, apoptosis and aging. Recent studies have shown that circRNAs plays an important role in cardiovascular diseases such as atherosclerosis, myocardial infarction, myocardial fibrosis and atrial fibrillation. This article aims to review the research progress of circRNA in cardiovascular diseases, so as to provide new ideas and targets for the diagnosis and treatment of cardiovascular diseases.
