摘要
针对承接的邮轮型客滚船项目及其焊接工艺特点,制定了邮轮薄板的焊机群生产监控系统的设计方案,分析了焊接群控系统要求,搭建了群控系统的构成,包括硬件系统、智能化采集终端及网络拓扑软件系统、现场传输网络以及存储服务器数据中心。设计了基于MS SQL Server数据库的数据存储平台,实现了焊接过程的集中监控。所构建的焊接群控系统对于邮轮薄板的焊接质量监控、船体建造的管理水平和邮轮智能化建造水平的提升具有重要意义。
Aiming to the undertaken cruise passenger rolling ships project and the welding process characteristics,the design scheme of the welding machine group production monitoring system for the cruise ship sheet is made.The requirements of the welding group control system are analyzed.The composition of the group control system is built,including the hardware system,intelligent acquisition terminal and network topology software system,online transmission network and storage server data center.A data storage platform based on MS SQL Server database is designed to realize the centralized monitoring of the welding process.The welded group control system is a great significance for the improvement of welding quality monitoring of the cruise ship sheet steel,the management level of the hull construction and the intelligent construction level of the cruise ship.
