哮喘患儿照顾者健康教育需求调查

Investigation of Health Education Needs of Caregivers of Children with Asthma

目的对哮喘患儿照顾者的健康教育需求展开调查并进行分析。方法选取许昌市中医院收治的77例哮喘患儿的77位照顾者作为调查对象,对其展开健康教育需求问卷调查,了解照顾者对哮喘健康教育内容的需求程度以及希望从哪些渠道获取健康教育信息。结果哮喘患儿照顾者认为最需要的前3项健康教育内容为疾病发作时如何处理(96.10%)、哮喘能否治愈(90.91%)、如何降低发作频率(79.22%)。哮喘患儿照顾者认为非常需要的知识获取渠道的前3位为医院官方网络平台(89.61%)、一对一医患交谈(85.71%)、照顾者经验交流(68.83%)。结论照顾者对哮喘疾病发作时如何处理、哮喘能否治愈、如何降低发作频率知识的需求强烈。医院应当加强官方网络平台建设,创造一对一医患交谈机会,促进照顾者经验交流,尽可能满足照顾者的健康教育需求,以优化哮喘患儿的疾病控制现状。

Objective To investigate and analyze the health education needs of caregivers of children with asthma. Methods A total of 77 caregivers of 77 asthmatic children admitted to Xuchang Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine were selected as the subjects of the survey. A questionnaire survey was conducted to investigate the needs of caregivers for health education of asthmatic children, and to find out the extent of caregivers’ needs for health education content of asthma and the channels from which they hope to obtain health education information. Results The first three health education items most needed by caregivers of children with asthma were how to deal with the attack (96.10%), whether asthma could be cured (90.91%) and how to reduce the attack frequency (79.22%). The top three channels of knowledge acquisition for caregivers of children with asthma were hospital official network platform (89.61%), one-to-one doctor-patient conversation (85.71%), and caregiver experience exchange (68.83%). Conclusion There is a strong need for caregivers to know how to deal with the attack of asthma, whether asthma can be cured or not, and how to reduce the attack frequency. Hospitals should strengthen the construction of official network platform, create one-to-one doctor-patient conversation opportunities, and promote the exchange of caregivers' experience, so as to meet caregivers' health education needs as far as possible so as to optimize the current status of disease control in children with asthma.
