摘要
基于全要素生产率分析框架,运用Malmquist指数法测度2000-2016年35个工业行业能源效率,建立面板数据模型,实证分析我国工业全要素能源效率的影响因素。结果显示:我国工业全要素能源效率处于总体改善状态,但改善幅度逐年减小,技术密集型和资源密集型行业的全要素能源效率呈梯度差异;对于全要素能源效率的影响,资本深化、能源消费结构及企业规模具有积极作用,所有制结构存在抑制影响,研发投入呈现U型作用路径,企业成本则因行业异质性而表现出相向作用。
Based on the analysis framework of total factor energy efficiency, the paper measured the total factor energy efficiency of 35 industrial sectors in 2000-2016. It established an panel data model to analyze the influential factors. The results show that: total factor energy efficiency of the industrial sectors has been improved in general, but the efficiency changing rate has been decreasing year by year, and the total factor energy efficiency of technology-intensive and resource-intensive industries shows gradient difference;capital deepening, energy consumption structure and manufacture scale could improve the total factor energy efficiency, ownership structure had negative effect on it, R&D investment and total factor energy efficiency show a “U“ type relationship, manufacture cost shows the positive and negative effects due to industrial heterogeneity.
