阶段提高法在儿科临床带教中的运用

摘要 目的评估阶段提高法在儿科临床带教的应用效果。方法将2016年7月—2018年6月进入我科的中西医结合本科专业实习生259人随机分为对照组126人,实验组133人。对照组采用传统的临床带教方法,实验组采用阶段提高法带教方法。1个月实习结束后对2组学生进行理论、技能考核及问卷调查,分别比较2组的考核成绩及问卷调查结果,评估教学效果。结果理论考核成绩2组差异无统计学意义,(P>0.05),实践技能考核的成绩差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),实验组考核成绩明高于对照组。问卷调查84.2%的学生认为提高了临床思维能力。结论在我科实施阶段提高法有助于提高学生的临床综合能力,值得应用。 Objective To evaluate the effectiveness of the phase improvement method in pediatric clinical teaching. Methods From July 2016 to June 2018,259 undergraduate interns from Chinese and Western medicine who entered our department were randomly divided into control group of 126 people and experimental group of 133 people. The control group used the traditional clinical teaching method,and the experimental group used the stage to improve the method of teaching. After the end of the one-month internship,the two groups of students were subjected to theoretical,skill assessment and questionnaire surveys. The scores of the two groups and the results of the questionnaire survey were compared to assess the academic results. Results There was no difference in the theoretical assessment scores between the two groups (P>0.05). There was a significant difference in the scores of practical skills assessment (P<0.05). The results of the experimental group were significantly higher than those of the control group. 84.2% of the students surveyed thought that they improved their clinical thinking ability. Conclusion In the implementation phase of our department,it is worthwhile to improve the clinical comprehensive ability of students.
