中医综合治疗耳眩晕临床观察

Clinical Observation on Traditional Chinese Medicine in the Comprehensive Treatment of Auricular Vertigo

目的观察中医综合治疗耳眩晕的临床效果。方法研究对象为随机选取收住的60例耳眩晕患者,按照随机数字表法将其分为对照组和干预组,2组均接受常规治疗,干预组在常规治疗的基础上给予中医治疗干预,在干预前、干预结束2周时采用耳鸣、耳聋、眩晕、呕吐、视觉效果及生活自理能力表评估干预效果。结果干预组在干预后眩晕、呕吐、耳鸣的症状较观察组减轻(P<0.05),生活自理能力较观察组提高。结论中医治疗可有效缓解耳眩晕患者的不适症状,从而提高其生活质量。

Objective To achieve effects via traditional Chinese medicine in the comprehensive treatment of auricular vertigo. Methods The subjects were 60 patients in hospital with auricular vertigo. They were divided into control group and intervention group. Both groups received routine treatment. The intervention group was given additional traditional Chinese medicine treatment intervention on the basis of routine treatment. The intervention effect was evaluated with tinnitus,deafness,vertigo,vomiting,visual effect and self-physiological ability scale before intervention and two weeks after intervention. Results The symptoms of vertigo,vomiting and tinnitus in the intervention group were less than those in the observation group (P < 0.05),and the ability of self-care in the intervention group was better than that in the control group. Conclusion Traditional Chinese medicine treatment can effectively alleviate the discomfort symptoms of patients with auricular vertigo,thereby improving their quality of life.
