穴位敷贴与中药汤剂联合治疗糖尿病周围神经病变临床观察

Clinical Observation on Acupoint Application Combined with Chinese Herbs Decoction in the Treatment of Diabetic Peripheral Neuropathy

目的探讨穴位敷贴与中药汤剂联合治疗糖尿病周围神经病变的临床疗效。方法选取2016年12月—2017年12月南昌市洪都中医院诊治的糖尿病周围神经病变患者60例为研究对象,平均分为常规组、试验组2组,给予常规组30例患者甲钴胺进行治疗,给予试验组30例患者穴位敷贴与中药汤剂联合治疗。分析2组患者不同治疗前后临床疗效的差异性。结果试验组治疗总有效率为93.33%,明显高于常规组(P<0.05)。结论穴位敷贴与中药汤剂联合治疗糖尿病周围神经病变的临床疗效显著,可推广应用。

Objective To discuss the clinical effect of acupoint application combined with Chinese herbs decoction in the treatment of diabetic peripheral neuropathy. Methods From December 2016 to December 2017,60 cases of patients with diabetic peripheral neuropathy diagnosed and treated in our hospital were selected as the study subjects,which were divided into two groups on average: the conventional group and the experimental group. 30 cases of patients in the conventional group were treated with mecobalamine,and 30 cases of patients in the experimental group were treated with acupoint application combined with Chinese herbs decoction. The differences of clinical efficacy before and after treatment were analyzed. Results The effective rate of the experimental group was 93.33%,which was significantly higher than that of the conventional group (P<0.05). Conclusion The clinical effect of acupoint application combined with Chinese herbs decoction in the treatment of diabetic peripheral neuropathy is significant,which can be popularized.
