难治性面瘫的经穴疗法探析

Study on the Acupoint Therapy for Refractory Facial Paralysis

目的采用经穴疗法辨证治疗难治性面瘫,通过探索比较来寻求难治性面瘫新的治疗途径。方法将62例患者分为治疗组和对照组,治疗组予以经穴疗法中医辨证治疗;对照组采用普通针刺治疗。治疗2个月后观察并对比2组疗效。结果治疗组治疗1个月后疗效显著优于对照组(P<0.01),2个月后2组疗效差异亦有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论经穴疗法治疗难治性面瘫疗效优于普通针刺治疗。本法无痛、无不良反应、无创伤、疗效快,老少皆宜,尤其畏惧针刺者,在治疗同时符合“人性化”新理念,临床疗效评价很高,值得推广。

Objective To find new treatments for refractory facial paralysis through exploration and comparison by acupoint therapy. Methods 62 patients were divided into treatment group and control group. The treatment group was treated with acupoint therapy based on syndrome differentiation. The control group was treated with ordinary acupuncture. After 2 months of treatment,the effects of the two groups were observed and compared. Results After treatment for 1 month,the curative effect of the treatment group was significantly better than that of the control group (P<0.01). After 2 months,the efficacy of the two groups was also different (P<0.05). Conclusion The treatment of refractory facial paralysis by acupoint therapy is superior to ordinary acupuncture.This method is painless and has no toxic side effects. It is non-invasive,fast and effective for all ages,especially afraid of acupuncture. In the treatment,it also meets the new concept of "humanization". The clinical efficacy is highly evaluated and worth promoting.
