Experience of Director Chen Huiqing in Treating Urticaria in Children Based on Syndrome Differentiation

陈辉清主任在临床上治疗小儿荨麻疹时,强调应辨病与辨证、理论与临床相互结合,认为小儿荨麻疹的发生多因先天禀赋不足或感受外邪或后天饮食失节密切相关,通过辨证将小儿荨麻疹分为风热相搏型、风寒外袭型、血虚生风型、肺脾气虚型,治疗主要从疏散风寒,疏风祛热,凉血祛风,健脾补肺入手,其谴方用药灵活准确,配伍平和,疗效显著,附录案例3则,以资验证。

Director Chen Huiqing emphasized the combination of disease differentiation and dialectics,theory and clinic in the treatment of pediatric urticaria. He believed that the occurrence of pediatric urticaria was closely related to congenital endowment deficiency or feeling exogenous pathogens or acquired eating disorders. Through differentiation of symptoms and signs,pediatric urticaria was divided into three types: wind-heat fighting type,wind-cold attack type,blood deficiency and wind-generating type,lung-qi deficiency type. Starting with dispelling wind and cold,dispelling wind and heat,cooling blood and dispelling wind,invigorating the spleen and invigorating the lung,the prescription is flexible and accurate,compatibility is peaceful,and the curative effect is remarkable.
