中药复方对小鼠抗疲劳作用研究

Study on the Anti-fatigue Function of Chinese Herbal Compound on Mice

目的探讨中药复方在小鼠抗疲劳方面的作用。方法5周龄清洁级的昆明小鼠随机分为4组:生理盐水组对照组、抗疲劳中药复方高、中、低剂量组,小鼠进行适应性运动训练1周,进行动物实验。每日灌胃1次,用药4周,通过游泳试验观察中药复方抗疲劳的作用。结果抗疲劳中药复方能延长小鼠负重游泳的时间,尤其是高剂量抗疲劳中药复方组能明显延长小鼠负重游泳持续时间,与生理盐水组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论中药复方具有增强小鼠抗疲劳能力的作用。

Objective To investigate the anti-fatigue function of Chinese herbal compound on mice. Methods Healthy mice aged 5 weeks old were randomly divided into 4 groups: normal group,anti-fatigue Chinese herbal compound high,medium and low dose groups. After adaptive training for 1 week,the stomach was administered once a day for 4 weeks. The anti-fatigue effect of the traditional Chinese herbal compound was observed through swimming test. Results Anti-fatigue Chinese herbal compound can prolong the time of weight-bearing swimming time,especially the high-dose group,which is significantly different from the saline group (P<0.05). Conclusion Chinese herbal compound can enhance the anti-fatigue ability of mice.
