当归饮子联合氯雷他定片治疗老年性皮肤瘙痒症临床观察

Clinical Observation Dangdui Drink Combiend with Desloratadine Citrate Disodium Tablets in the Treatment of Senile Pruritus

目的观察当归饮子加减联合氯雷他定片治疗老年性皮肤瘙痒症(血虚风燥型)的临床疗效。方法将129例老年性皮肤瘙痒症患者随机分为对照组和治疗组,对照组仅口服氯雷他定片治疗,治疗组在口服氯雷他定片的同时口服当归饮子加减治疗,比较2组患者治疗4周后的治疗效果。结果治疗组总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论当归饮子加减联合氯雷他定片能有效地治疗老年性皮肤瘙痒症(血虚风燥型),且临床使用安全,无明显不良反应。

Objective To investigate the clinical effects of Dangdui drink and Desloratadine citrate disodium tablets on senile pruritus (blood deficiency and wind-dryness). Methods 129 patients with senile pruritus were randomly divided intothe treatment group and the control group. The treatment group was treated with Dangdui drink combined with oral desloratadine citrate disodium tablets,while the control group merely took oral desloratadine citrate disodium tablets. Comparing the clinical effects of both therapies after 4 weeks' treatment was carried out. Results Comparing the two groups,the total effective rate of the treatment group was more effective than that of the control group. There was statistial significant difference (P<0.05). Conclusion Dangdui drink combined with oral of desloratadine citrate disodium tablets achieves a preferable efficacy in the treatment of senile pruritus,and the clinical use is of safe and non-obvious side effects.
