伊伐布雷定片联合芪苈强心胶囊治疗慢性心力衰竭临床观察

Clinical Observation on Ivabradine Tablets Combined with Qilu Qiangxin Capsules in the Treatment of Chronic Heart Failure

目的观察盐酸伊伐布雷定片联合芪苈强心胶囊对慢性心衰的临床疗效。方法选取2016年1月—2018年10月收治的符合纳入标准的慢性稳定性心衰患者128例,随机分为2组,每组64例。治疗组在使用常规西药抗心衰治疗的基础上加用盐酸伊伐布雷定片和芪苈强心胶囊治疗,对照组单纯使用常规西药抗心衰治疗。2组均治疗12周后,分别观察2组的治疗总有效率、6min步行距离、左室射血分数(LVEF值)、左室舒张末内径(LVEDD),血浆N端前脑钠肽(NT-proBNP)水平。结果治疗组的临床总有效率优于对照组(P<0.05);2组的心率、6min步行距离、LVEF值、LVEDD值、血浆NT-proBNP水平较治疗前均有所改善,其中治疗组明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论在慢性心衰的常规治疗基础上联合盐酸伊伐布雷定片和芪苈强心胶囊可有效治疗慢性心衰,改善心功能,提高运动耐量。

Objective To observe the clinical effect of ivabradine hydrochloride tablets combined with Qili Qiangxin capsule on chronic heart failure. Methods 128 patients with chronic stable heart failure admitted to our hospital from January 2016 to October 2018 were randomly divided into two groups,with 64 in each group. The treatment group was treated with ivabradine hydrochloride tablet and Qili Qiangxin capsule on the basis of conventional western medicine treatment for heart failure,while the control group was treated with conventional western medicine only. After 12 weeks of treatment,the total effective rate,6-minute walking distance,left ventricular ejection fraction (LVEF),left ventricular end-diastolic diameter (LVEDD),plasma N-terminal pro-brain natriuretic peptide (NT-proBNP) levels were observed in both groups. Results The total clinical effective rate of the treatment group was better than that of the control group (P < 0.05). The heart rate,6-minute walking distance,LVEF value,LVEDD value and plasma NT-proBNP level of the two groups were improved compared with those before treatment,and the treatment group was significantly better than that of the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion Combining ivabradine hydrochloride tablets and Qili Qiangxin capsule on the basis of routine treatment of chronic heart failure can effectively treat chronic heart failure,improve heart function and exercise tolerance.
