摘要
神经病学是医学专业的一门重要课程。神经系统疾病复杂繁多,神经科基础理论知识复杂、抽象、难以理解,医学生们普遍感到神经病学课程难学。随着大数据时代的到来,网络在线教学、视频公开课、慕课等教学模式,正在逐渐改变传统的课堂教学模式,其中,慕课是大数据时代在教育领域的一个重要产物。因此,大数据时代为神经病学教学的改革提供了新的机遇和挑战。
Neurology is an important course of clinical medicine. The nervous system diseases are remarkably complex. The basic theoretical knowledge of neurology is complex and difficult to understand. Medical students generally think that the neurology course is difficult to learn. With the arrival of the era of big data,the teaching modes of online teaching,open video lessons and Massive Open Online Course (MOOCS) are gradually changing the traditional classroom teaching mode. MOOCS is an important product of education in the era of big data. Therefore,the era of big data provides new opportunities and challenges for the reform of Neurology teaching.
