全国省级地质资料馆藏机构现状分析

Analysis of the present situation of national provincial geological data collection institutions

地质资料是国家重要的基础性信息资源,是地质工作信息服务社会的重要载体。从国家颁布地质资料管理条例等法律法规起,多年来,特别是从自然资源体制改革开始,全国部省两级地质资料馆藏机构大力推进地质资料管理与服务工作,但各地在馆藏机构设置、队伍、馆舍建设和经费保障等方面也存在差异和不少问题,制约着地质资料汇交、保管和社会服务水平的进一步提高。本文从馆藏机构设置、人员经费保障、馆舍建设等方面进行分析,提出建议。

Geological data are an important basic information resource of the state and an important carrier for geological work information to serve the society.Issued from the state laws and regulations such as the geological data management regulations,over the years,especially since natural resources system reform,the provincial level two geological data collection organizations promote the geological data management and service work,but in the collection agency setting,team,library collection construction and the funds safeguard is different and has a lot of problems,and restricts the geological data concurrent,keeping and further improving the social service level.This paper analyzes and puts forward some suggestions from the aspects of collection organization establishment,personnel fund guarantee and building of the museum.
