摘要
针对选矿生产过程中存在的问题和需求,以某选矿厂为例阐述了基于西门子PCS7搭建选矿过程DCS系统的全过程。介绍了DCS系统的网络结构与硬件配置,分析了系统集成和连锁控制方法,展示了人机界面的应用。结果表明,该系统运行稳定可靠,实现了生产过程工艺参数和设备状态的监视和控制,达到了降低劳动强度、稳定和优化生产指标、提升选矿厂生产效率的目标。
Aiming at the problems and demands in the process of mineral processing,the whole process of building a DCS system for mineral processing based on Siemens PCS7 is described by taking a concentrator as an example.This paper introduces the network structure and hardware configuration of DCS system,analyses the system integration and interlock control method,and shows the application of human-machine interface.The result shows that the system runs stably and reliably,realizes the monitoring and control of process parameters and equipment status in the production process.It also achieves the goal of reducing labor intensity,stabilizing and optimizing production indexes,and improving the production efficiency of the concentrator.
