蒙古国某铜钼矿选矿工艺优化试验研究 被引量:4

摘要 蒙古国某铜钼矿位于蒙古国中部,属于典型的斑岩型铜钼矿,矿石含铜0.54%、钼0.016%、硫1.93%,含硫量相对较高。投产运营后,经多次改造,目前采用“抑硫-铜钼混合浮选”的工艺流程。因捕收剂MX与选矿工艺不匹配,实际生产中铜、钼回收率较低。采用新型特效捕收剂BKAP替代MX开展优化试验研究,在现场选矿工艺条件下,选矿技术指标明显提高,其中钼回收率为82.26%,比使用MX捕收剂时提高约20%。对现场选矿工艺进行优化,优化后闭路试验可获得铜品位24.33%、钼品位0.72%的铜钼混合精矿,铜回收率为86.57%,钼回收率为84.30%,铜钼回收率均大幅提高。 The copper-molybdenum mine in Mongolia has a low copper and molybdenum grade and a relatively high sulfur content(Cu 0.54%,Mo 0.016%,S 1.93%).After being put into production,many transformations are carried out and the principle process is “copper-molybdenum mixed flotation” now.Because of the mismatching of collector MX and the beneficiation process,the recovery of copper and molybdenum is low in actual production.Optimized experimental research is taken out by using a new special effect collector BKAP instead of MX,and the recovery of copper and molybdenum in copper-molybdenum mixed concentrate is significantly improved with the on-site beneficiation process,the recovery of molybdenum is 82.26%,which is about 20% higher than the molybdenum recovery when using MX collector.According to the test results,on-site beneficiation process is optimized.After optimization,the closed-circuit test can obtain copper-molybdenum mixed concentrate with copper grade 24.33% and molybdenum grade 0.72%.The copper recovery is 86.57% and the molybdenum recovery is 84.30%.
