大功率水冷式熔锌感应体的设计研究

摘要 针对目前熔锌感应电炉的核心部件风冷感应体使用寿命短、维护成本高、功率大型化受限制的现状,开发了大功率水冷式感应体和感应电炉;通过工程实践表明,大功率水冷式感应体使用寿命长且稳定,无噪音作业环境好,维护成本低,节能环保等特点;取得了良好的经济效益和社会效益。 At present,air-cooled inductor,the core component of zinc melting induction furnace,has short service life,high maintenance cost,and limited power size.To solve these problems,high-power water-cooled inductor and induction furnace are developed.The engineering practice shows that the high-power water-cooled inductor has the characteristics of long service life,stability,good noise-free working environment,low maintenance cost,energy saving and environmental protection.In addition to these characteristics,it can also achieve good economic and social benefits.
