机械行业存在的风险很多,对其存在的风险进行风险分级做好预防工作,减少事故的发生。首先对机械企业存在的的危险有害因素进行了辨识;然后,建立机械企业风险指标体系;最后,采用灰色变权聚类分析法对风险等级的判定进行计算,通过结果可以得到风险等级中违反操作规程危险性最大,是影响机械企业生产风险级别的最高指标,遵守操作规程是企业安全工作的管理重点。

There are many risks in the machinery industry, and risk prevention is carried out to prevent the occurrence of accidents.Firstly, the dangerous and harmful factors existing in the machinery enterprise are identified. Then, the risk index system of the machinery enterprise is established. Finally, the gray variable weight clustering analysis method is used to calculate the risk level judgment. Through the results, it can be concluded that the risk grade of violating the operation rules is the most dangerous, and it is the highest index that affects the production risk level of the mechanical enterprises. Compliance with the operating rules is the management focus of the enterprise safety work.
