International Comparison and Reference of Furniture Industry Transformation and Upgrading

国际比较与借鉴是研究家具产业转型升级策略的重要途径。本文主要从集群发展、研发设计能力、生产技术、管理状况以及销售渠道等方面,比较国内外家具产业的发展特点,分析我国家具产业的不足;通过对国外家具产业发展思路的借鉴,分析总结我国家具产业转型升级的主要方向。

International comparison and reference is very important to study the strategy of furniture industry transformation and upgrading. The development characteristics of domestic and foreign furniture industry, including the cluster effect, the ability of R&D and design, production technology, management status and sales channels, and the shortcomings of Chinese furniture industry are studied in this paper. According to the experience of the development of foreign furniture industry, the main direction of transformation and upgrading of Chinese furniture industry is given in the paper.
