The professional requirements of modern civil engineering are relatively high and complex, so it is necessary to adopt targeted project management methods to ensure the smooth progress and quality of the project. According to modern research, civil engineering project management can be divided into three parts, namely engineering quality management, fund management, and site safety management. In order to understand the application of project management in civil engineering, this paper will combine these three parts to explain the management methods and precautions of each part.
