摘要
为了合理地计划、组织、协调、控制和管理好工程项目建设中多方面的工作,需要明确施工合同的管理流程。本文针对临时筹建项目部的整体素质有限,多部门间的多次交接沟通不畅,以及整体业务流程中多有欠缺的实际情况,提出了明确执行标准,做事有章可循,人员分工明确,岗位职责清晰,用制度管人等对策,以确保流程有效执行,希望能对相关人员有一定帮助。
In order to reasonably plan, organize, coordinate, control and manage many aspects of project construction, it is necessary to clarify the management process of the construction contract. In this paper, in view of the situations that the overall quality of the temporary preparatory project department is limited, the multiple handovers between multiple departments are not smooth, and the actual situation of the overall business process is lacking, the countermeasures are proposed, including clearly implement standards, doing things with rules,clear division of labor, clear job responsibilities, use system for labor management, to ensure the effective implementation of the process and help the relevant personnel.
