施行模块化生产,封闭式管理,共分为焊前加工模块、焊接模块和焊后加工模块,每个模块各司其职,相互衔接,采用类似流水线模式,保证生产有序推进,减少交叉往返工序,加快了产品生产流通速度。另外,通过引进先进的工艺装备,焊接、加工设备扩容,提升了分厂的生产能力。优化了焊接工艺。

Modular production and closed management are divided into pre-weld processing module, welding module and post-weld processing module. Each module performs its own functions and connects with each other, adopting a similar pipeline mode to ensure orderly advancement of production, reduce the cross-trip process and speed up the production and circulation of products. In addition,through the introduction of advanced process equipment, welding, processing equipment expansion, the production capacity of the branch is improved and the welding process is optimized.
