摘要
本文结合石家庄地铁1号线二期工程实际,分别从优化施工组织、测量靠前、缩短前期准备时间,曲线轨排采用任意缩短轨方案,改进混凝土浇筑料斗,铺轨设备长距离供电等方面介绍了穿越滹沱河3.4km盾构区间整体道床快速施工方法,以便对今后类似工程起到借鉴作用。
Combining the actual phase II project of Shijiazhuang Metro Line 1, this paper introduced the rapid construction method of the integral track bed of the 3.4km shield section across the Hutuo River from optimization of the construction organization, measurement front, shortening the preparation time, curved rail row adopting any shortened rail scheme, improvement of concrete pouring hopper and long distance power supply for track laying equipment, so as to draw lessons for similar projects in the future.
