摘要 现阶段,高铁桥梁桩基施工现场桩头环切工艺仍未普及应用,多数工程仍旧采用传统工艺即人工凿除桩头,桩头质量无法保证,易造成掉角、缺边,桩芯凹凸不平,桩头钢筋易弯曲等一系列质量问题。采用桩基环切工艺,极大地提高了桩头质量,有利于桩检的顺利通过,较大限度的减少了扬尘、噪声和振动,作业环境改善较大。 At this stage, the pile head cutting process of pile foundation construction of high-speed railway bridges is still not widely used. Most of the projects still use traditional techniques to manually cut pile heads, so the quality of pile heads cannot be guaranteed, and it is easy to cause a series of quality problems, such as, corner missing and edge missing, pile core rugged and easy bending of the pile head steel, and so on. The pile-based ring cutting process greatly improves the quality of the pile head, which is beneficial to the smooth passage of the pile inspection, greatly reduces the dust, noise and vibration, and improves the working environment.
