农村工作一直是党和国家最为关心的,中央每年的“一号文件”都是关于农村工作的文件。为进一步加大苏州对集体经济薄弱村帮扶力度,苏州市委办公室、苏州市委组织部、市委农办等部门先后出台了《关于开展市级机关部门和企事业单位挂钩帮扶集体经济薄弱村工作的实施办法》等文件,为进一步提高帮扶集体经济薄弱村工作成效增加了新的动力。
