‘国光’苹果及其芽变材料的果实品质和AFLP分析 被引量:3

摘要 以‘国光’及其芽变材料为试材,利用AFLP技术采用4对引物对其进行初步鉴定,并对果实品质和果皮色泽进行对比分析。结果表明:‘国光’芽变材料在平均单果重、果实大小、可溶性固性物含量、果皮着色指数方面,均极显著优于母株;4对引物组合共扩增出283条条带,多态性条带65条,多态性条带比率为37.36%,差异化片段大部分集中在100~400bp,其中引物E75/M54多态性比率最高,达71.79%,具有较高的应用价值。 AFLP was used to identify Ralls and its bud mutation with 4 pairs of primers.Their fruit quality and pericarp colour were also compared.The results showed that the mutation was very significantly better than Ralls in average single fruit weight,fruit size,soluble solid content and pericarp coloring index.A total of 288 bands were amplified with the 4 pairs of primer combinations,in which,there were 65 polimophic bands with the polymorphism ratio as 37.36%.Most of the different fragments were concentrated in 100~400 bp.The polymorphism ratio was the highest with the primer combination E75/M54,reaching 71.79%,with high application value.
