摘要
高速铁路运输企业与快递企业具备各自的优势,存在战略联盟的合作条件。但由于企业战略联盟这种组织形式具有边界模糊、关系松散、非永久性的特点,存在潜在风险。从企业战略联盟的风险来源分析建立高速铁路快递业务的企业战略联盟可能存在的内外部风险,并按照风险来源从外部市场、合作伙伴、联盟协议、企业协作等方面提出应对策略建议。
High speed railway(HSR) transport enterprises and express delivery enterprises, considering their respective advantages, have cooperative conditions for strategic alliance. However, enterprise strategic alliance features obscure boundary, loose relation and impermanence, existing potential risks. The paper analyzes the potential risks of establishing the strategic alliance of the enterprises with HSR express delivery business based on the risk sources of the alliance, and puts forward countermeasures in terms of external market, cooperative partners, alliance protocol, enterprise collaboration etc.
