Constraints on Freight Transport Volume Increase of Watang-Rizhao Railway and Solutions

瓦日线作为我国铁路"货运增量行动"增量效果最显著的"六线六区域"之一,具有重要的战略地位。通过分析瓦日线线位和运力优势,提出当前货运增量的制约因素,从完善运价调整机制、降低物流成本、加快集疏运短板及物流公共信息平台建设等方面提出对策建议。

With important strategic status, Watang-Rizhao Railway is one of the "Six Lines and Six Regions" which witnessed the most remarkable increase in freight transport volume in China. Through analysis of the advantages of Watang-Rizhao Railway in terms of line position and transport capacity, the paper proposed the constraints on the increase of current freight transport volume. It also proposed solutions and suggestions in different aspects, such as improvement of freight rate adjustment mechanism, reduction of logistics cost, improvement of collection and distribution system, building of logistics public information platform, etc.
